Energy Healing

I am Bernice Winter. I have been in Corporate Canada since 1974 as a business owner, accomplished author, speaker, coach, trainer, and columnist.

As a lifelong over-achiever, I have received many accolades and awards for my hard work. My well-kept secret was that behind this façade of being a super-business-woman was a frightened and wounded woman who felt inferior, dominated by the fear of being shunned or humiliated if anyone discovered her childhood history. In short, my family lived in abandoned buildings, with relatives, and in shelters during my childhood. I endured neglect, abuse: sexually, physically mentally and verbally, often fearing for my life from as early as a very young child. Moving and changing schools so often meant I was shunned, bullied and teased.

Feeling inferior, invisible, and filled with the fear of being "found out" drove me to find the way be free of the influences and programming of my past.

I was determined from a very early age to find a way to live a life of feeling loved, safe, secure and joyful.

To this end, I have read, studied, and attended thousands of hours in seminars and workshops in my many years of searching to be free of the limiting fears that dominated my life for so many years. During this journey, I was often frustrated and discouraged. I did the work in the lessons I studied. I was determined to increase my consciousness and personal awareness, and although I was successful in many aspects of my personal and professional life, I felt discouraged each time I found myself repeating old, limiting and destructive patterns. I felt helpless, questioning if this was too big a task for me. I feared I was just a dreamer who had no sense of reality. I struggled to keep my faith that the abusive environment I grew up in did not define me. I held onto the belief that I had the right to chose to live without the fear, in a safe, loving, kind and caring environment. No matter how many low moments I had I was determined to never gave up. I was stubbornly not willing to accept that I was sentenced to a life of loss, sadness, and fear simply because I was an innocent child, born into a harsh environment.

After completing five years of studying and applying the teachings of Master Shaman Deborah King, (www.deborahking.com) for the first time in my life, I am free of the old patterns being the default in my life. Deborah's Life Force Energy Healing Certificate program taught me how to heal myself through applying the techniques and tools she awakens in her students. As a graduate of the program, I am now certified to apply the energy healing techniques to others in my coaching program.

I am no longer defined by my corporate persona or ashamed and afraid of my past. I am loving being in my own skin as a woman who is proud to be who I am, professionally and personally. I am living my life in balance where perceptions(EGO) of who I am and the truth(Spiritual) of who I am are clearly defined for me. I have gone from feeling invisible to feeling unstoppable! Life is filled with joy for the first time!

I am proud to bring to my coaching program and workshops my vast education, experience, patience and compassion for understanding how frustrating and confusing it can be to feel stuck, after doing so much self-discovery work, and not seeing lasting results.

Combining my life experiences with my "From Invisible to Unstoppable Life Coaching and Energy Healing" training I can help those who are committed to doing what it takes to be free of their limiting beliefs.

In October 2002 Bernice received the Woman of Vision award from Global TV and the YWCA in Calgary in the category of Entrepreneur.

In 2007 Bernice was awarded the Fellow Award (F.C.C.I.) by the Condominium Institute of Canada for her contribution to the condominium industry of Canada.
